Community Service

Full Court Peace is a non-profit organization that involves refurbishing runned down basketball courts in underserved US cities and third world countries. These awesome adventures not only bring renewed life to the community, but it also cultivates new friendships while playing pick up games in the community with those who share the love of basketball.

Every year Wooster School raises money for the fight against breast cancer. It's called Catwalk for a Cure, a fun-filled fashion show where we walk the "catwalk" in hopes of getting closer to cure of this very serious condition. 

I have learned to use basketball to help enhance some life lessons. While at Wooster, I offered to train a young novice about basketball.  This was my first one on one opportunity to teach the game versus playing the game. It's a whole new style of thinking which I embraced and welcomed.  We both had a lot of fun, too!
